 The Ribbon Touch Free Service & Installation Program!

In order to continue to keep our customers and technicians safe and healthy, We have implemented The Ribbon Touch Free Program.
This program will allow your garage door to be repaired while not coming in physical contact with a technician!

How does it work?

Call 877-62-GARAGE or email sgrace@ohd.com to schedule the appointment.
A technician will either call or text you that we are on our way and again when we arrive to let you know to open the garage door.
The technician will evaluate the door and send a text message with finding and pictures (if applicable) and the cost - if repairs are needed. This can be done by phone for those without texting capabilities.

You can reply back via text or over the phone to approve any repairs or ask any questions.
Once done with the service, we will disinfect the wall station, keypad and any remotes.
The technician can take credit card over phone or you can call into office to make payment.
If you choose to pay for service by cash or check, you can leave in mailbox or location of customer’s choice for technician to collect.

We will then notify you when the job is complete and garage door can be closed.
Our trucks are being sanitized on a daily basis and we are following best practices, both in our office and on the road, to ensure we are doing all we can to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
